Volunteering can be a great opportunity for a person to develop their skills and builds up their experience to add to their CV
When a person is unemployed and out of work it can become very frustrating. Volunteering can be a great opportunity for a person to develop their skills and builds up their experience to add to their C.V. Volunteers are involved in all aspects of society in the Duhallow region including local communities, youth & education, the arts, childcare facilities, local charities and many more. Volunteering can be quiet a rewarding experience as the person knows that they are offering a helping hand and making a change in their own community. When a person volunteers they can give up their time for as little an hour a day or as much as 40 hours a week depending on their own personal circumstances.
IRD Duhallow facilitates people wishing to work on a voluntary basis.
