About us and Rock Paper Scissors
In the autumn term of 2018 we focused on Scratch. Scratch is a block-based visual programming language and online community targeted primarily at children. Users of the site can create online projects using a block-like interface. The Ninjas did a whole range of scratch projects, some for beginners and some which were more advanced.
These are some examples of printable projects:
In the summer term of 2018 – we did a very exciting project that one of the mentors, Bertie, has developed.
Building a track pacer using Arduino devices.
Week one and two the kids are doing a prototype of the project using scratch.
Sushi Card for weeks one and 2
Weeks three and four we plan to get them to build a working circuit.
In the winter and spring term 2017-2018 we followed the structure in these Beginner HTML “Sushi Cards”.
