The aim of this workshop is to help women to build their conﬁdence as well as enhancing their communication skills in their personal and working life. Assertiveness is a communication tool. Being assertive means being able to stand up for your own or other people’s rights in a calm and positive way, without being either aggressive, or passively accepting ‘wrong’.
This workshop will help women to:
- Learn to be Assertive;
- Build your self-confidence and improve your ability to deal with others;
- Develop effective communication skills;
- Manage emotions & conflict;
- Deal with criticism;
- Learn confrontational skills;
- Enforce positive thinking.
