The Barista and Customer Service Workshop is a one-day intensive program that offers training in coffee preparation and customer service. Participants will learn how to operate coffee machines, understand different coffee beans, create coffee drinks, and maintain equipment. The course also focuses on essential customer service skills, including complaint handling and professional communication. Suitable for both beginners and experienced baristas, this workshop equips learners with the knowledge and confidence to excel in hospitality. By the end, participants will have a deeper appreciation of the barista craft and improved customer service skills.
Tea/Coffee and scones will be provided in the morning. Please also bring a lunch as there will be a break in the training.
This programme is confined to economic migrants and new arrivals.
