Our Creative Clinics feature one to one Mentoring with expert craft tutor Maebh Ring. Through theis customised support, craft businesses can focus on the main activities to support the microenterprises to grow and sustain their creative enterprise including Organisation Structure, Product Development, Sales and Marketing, Branding, Pricing, Market Research and Consumer Purchasing Behaviour.
Mentoring will be delivered in sessions of up to 2 hours

About the Trainer
Maebh Ring is an experienced mentor and trainer for consumer products including craft, design, gift, art, tourism,
wellness and retail sectors. She has set up and delivered business seminars, trade expos, and design
exhibitions, retail events and trade shows. Her experience with micro enterprises includes market
research, sales development, product prototyping, branding and product display work. She has
assisted mentees in their market research, pricing, branding and sales strategies. .
She has designed and delivered customized training programs and
sales events for Craft, Gift, Marine, Tourism, Art, Food and Retail. She has worked with government support agencies including, The
Design & Crafts Council of Ireland, Cork City Council, Cork County
Council, Local Enterprise Boards Cork, Kerry, Galway and Limerick
as well as Enterprise Ireland, MUT, UCC and Fáilte Ireland. She has
worked with private sector retail clients in craft and tourism such as
‘Weavers of Ireland’ and ‘Aran Sweater Market’.
Her work exposes me to the international trends in creative, craft
and design sectors. Sustainability and Eco Awareness are key trends
in all creative consumer products and is a relevant and authentic component in sales, marketing
and branding strategies
