It is an essential training for any community group or business thinking of applying for LEADER funding.
However, the training is suitable for anyone who wants to learn how to use the platform in general for procurement and/or bidding purposes.
Course outcomes:
• Navigate the new eTenders platform as a Contracting Authority
• Create a new tender competition in offline mode (please note that the more complex features of the
new platform such as online tendering and e-auctions are not covered in this short introductory
workshop)
• Assign user roles to a tender competition
• Publish tender competition documents
• Send/receive clarifications to tender queries
• Receive tender submissions (please note that this will not be demonstrated live, but will be explained
with reference to the manual
