A 9-week sustainability training programme, offering practical training on how to develop sustainability on the farm.
The course will be delivered online, one day a week for two hours, and will also include one in person workshop on site at UCC (half day).

2 Politics of climate change, Irish/EU perspective
3 Key climate concepts, mitigation, adaptation, and resilience
4 Nutrient cycles and soil
5 Biodiversity and conservation, sustainable food systems
6 Breeding for a more sustainable herd
7 Energy management and renewables
8 Grass management
9 Circular economy and principles of sustainable agriculture
