International Women’s Day “Mná-Pause” & Brunch
Arrival: From 9.45am – parking available on site- event takes place at IRD Duhallow, Newmarket, Co Cork P51 C5YF
Brunch: From 10am sharp – delicious hot and cold brunch with tea and coffee.
Speakers: Speakers are from Mná Womens Health Clinic and will speak about womens health and Menopause, they will begin after brunch and we expect to finish at approximately 1pm.

Máire is a recognised Accredited Menopause Specialist. Dr Cleary graduated from UCC in 2006 with an Honours Degree in Medicine and qualified as a General Practitioner in 2011.
It was during this training that Máire developed a passion for Women’s Health. Throughout her career as a General Practitioner, she has cultivated a profound expertise in various aspects of women’s healthcare, encompassing menopause, gynaecology, and sexual health.
She has a specialist interest in menopause management and gynaecological health. She was awarded the RCPI diploma in Obstetrics and Women’s Health and has an Irish College of General Practitioners Certificate in Community Gynaecology.
Máire established Mná because she wanted to provide women access to in-depth consultations, tailored to their specific needs. She is committed to providing the highest standard of care to women.
Triona graduated from NUI Galway in 2000 and spent 7 years in University Hospital Kerry. She then moved to Primary Care and enjoyed 18 years of practice nursing, where she gained a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of healthcare. Her career took a different and exciting path in 2022 when she began to focus on Women’s Health and started working as a Menopause Practitioner.
In addition we will have a special guest- Breda Stack- The Declutter Therapist in attendance to give a refreshing talk on Decluttering our Homes.
