Marianne Wall, Counselling Psychologist with Smart Psychology is presenting tips and strategies to manage your stress and anxiety during this unprecedented time. We are all trying to adjust to so many different changes and how we manage these can assist us to deal with the stress and anxiety we experience. These 40 minute presentations aim to give you practical strategies to manage uncertainty, improve sleep and to deal with the ongoing challenges of returning to some sort of normality. You can attend these presentations from the comfort of your own home using zoom. The meeting will be muted and you can turn off the camera if you would like.
