Course Content:
- Wired sugar flowers
- Covering a square cake in sugar paste
- Cupcake toppers/Stencilling
- Character and figure modelling
- Baby booties/Baby Blocks
- Project during the 5 weeks – decorating a dummy cake in a summer theme
