Course Content:
- Wired sugar flowers
- Covering a square cake in sugarpaste
- Royal icing. How to stencil a cake and cupcake toppers.
- Character and figure modelling
- Baby booties/Baby Blocks
- Project during the 5 weeks – decorating a dummy cake in a Christmas theme
