This 8-week programme combines personal development with practical employment skills to support your professional growth in Ireland. The course helps you clarify your goals, recognise your strengths, build confidence, and develop strategies to overcome procrastination and limiting beliefs, using principles of positive psychology.
It also provides hands-on guidance for entering the Irish job market and apprenticeships pathway. You will learn how to create a strong CV, prepare effectively for interviews, understand your employment rights, and navigate the Irish tax and payment systems. The course supports you in identifying your existing skills and qualifications and applying them to real opportunities in Ireland.
In addition, participants are encouraged to set clear career goals and build a professional network, opening pathways to further education, employment, or apprenticeships.
The project is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union.
This programme is confined to economic migrants and new arrivals.
