This workshop runs for 4-weeks, for children aged
9-12 years (12:00–13:00pm)
The workshop offers a nurturing and safe space for children to explore their individual talents. In this creative and playful environment, participants will:
• Discover their inner heroes, recognising achievements of all kinds while boosting their confidence in joyful ways.
• Explore the world of emotions, learning how feelings influence their actions and gaining insights that reach beyond the workshop.
• Acquire grounding techniques to help them face challenges, equipping them to confront obstacles with courage and resilience.
Led by Play Therapist Grace Dorgan, this workshop creates a warm and supportive atmosphere that encourages creativity and self-discovery.
€20 for the full 4-week programme (per child).
€40 total if you have children attending both workshops over the 4 weeks.
