  3. Frameworks in Understanding intercultural competence in a workplace environment. (Deardoff’s A.S.K Method)
  4. Generic Tips for Intercultural Management.

TRAINING OUTCOMES:

  1. Gain a deeper understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion within the framework of intercultural competence.
  2. Explore terminology, perceptions, strategies, and practical tools related to embracing intercultural management in the workplace.
  3. Introduction to social psychological perspectives on intercultural competence.
  4. Learn frameworks such as Deardorff’s A.S.K Method for understanding intercultural competence in a workplace setting.
