Introduction to AI for Small Business
AI for Productivity & Business Efficiency
- What AI is and how small businesses use it every day.
- Benefits of AI: saving time, improving efficiency, and supporting creativity.
- Understanding AI risks, including bias and misinformation, and how to use AI responsibly.
- Overview of the EU AI Act and the Government’s Seven Principles for Responsible AI.
- Using tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot for emails, reports, and daily tasks.
- AI for brainstorming products, services, and marketing ideas.
- AI tools for scheduling, document management, and business planning.
- Practical demos of accessible AI platforms.
- Embedding responsible and sustainable AI practices into daily business operations.
AI for Marketing & Content Creation
- Creating marketing content with AI, including social posts, blogs, and newsletters.
- Using AI image and video tools to create visuals and ads.
- Tailoring AI-generated content to match your business voice.
- Integrating AI into digital marketing strategies.
Practical Exercises
- Hands-on AI activities with prompt templates provided.
