  Course Content:

  • Wired sugar flowers
  • Covering a square cake in sugarpaste
  • Royal icing. How to stencil a cake and cupcake toppers.
  • Character and figure modelling
  • Baby booties/Baby Blocks
  • Project during the 5 weeks – decorating a dummy cake in a Christmas theme
