A workshop created by Grace Dorgan, for parent and child. Throughout the workshop, it is the hope that parent and child help develop to understand one another and express openly. It is suitable for children aged 5 to 10 yrs old.
Course Content
- Explore Emotions Together: Engage in a fun and supportive workshop where you and your child will use art, storytelling, and music to understand and express a range of emotions.
- Create a Sensory Toolbox: Craft your own personalized toolbox filled with sensory items and strategies designed to help manage tricky feelings and build emotional resilience.
- Connect and Grow: Join other families in a shared, creative experience that fosters emotional intelligence, strengthens parent-child bonds, and builds a sense of community.
