This Level 2 HACCP course will introduce students to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) management system and will give them understanding how to comply with the law, work safely and efficiently, as well as what key steps are involved in the HACCP implementation process. By the end of the course, students will gain a complete understanding of the importance of HACCP, knowledge of the significance of effective prerequisite programs, how to implement the 7 principles of HACCP, and what can be done to identify food safety hazards and ensure safe food handling in their business for consumers.

This programme is confined to economic migrants and new arrivals.
