INFORMATION SESSION ON RECORDING AND PUBLISHING DUHALLOW’S HISTORIC GRAVEYARD STORIES THURSDAY 9TH OF JUNE @ 7PM IN THE JAMES O’KEEFFE INSTITUTE WITH DAYTIME COMMUNITY TRAINING SESSIONS AND FIELD WORK COMMENCING ON OF 15TH OF JUNE.
IRD is seeking to train communities in the digital recording and publication of historic graveyard related stories in their localities. We are asking that anyone who is interested in participating in this training to make contact, as it is only with the help of our local communities that we will be able to record and publish these important historical stories. Training will commence on the 9th of June with an evening event, and thereafter fieldwork will take place during daytime hours.
