Role & Responsibilities
• Manage inbound enquiries through our online systems, advising clients on vehicle logistics and customs requirements.
• Prepare accurate customs declarations and service quotations using our digital platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end vehicle importation processes through IT systems, ensuring efficient logistics and customs clearance.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records across our online tools and databases.
• Coordinate with revenue and customs authorities via digital channels to facilitate seamless transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on service delivery and business development initiatives.
Skills & Experience
No prior industry experience is required; full training is provided.
• Confident using IT systems and computer software, as all aspects of the role are carried out through digital platforms and online tools.
• Fluent spoken and written English, with a clear and professional telephone manner, as the role involves regular phone contact with clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Strong organisational aptitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for learning new processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in IT tools including email, spreadsheets, and digital document management.
